1. Definitions

• "Loomlogic" / "we" / "us" — Loomlogic Co., Ltd., the provider of the courses and services described herein.
• "User" / "you" — any individual who accesses this website or enrols in a course.
• "Course" — any of the three online education programmes offered: AI Development Starter Course, Data & Models Practicum, or Capstone Mentorship Track.
• "Content" — all course materials, written content, exercises, datasets, and associated resources.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enrol.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Enrolment on behalf of a company or organisation is permitted, provided the individual completing the enrolment has authority to bind that entity.

3. Course Description and Availability

Loomlogic offers three online AI development courses delivered in English. All courses are asynchronous and accessible globally via the internet. The Capstone Mentorship Track includes scheduled video call sessions that require internet access and a compatible device.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw course content at any time. Material updates will be communicated to enrolled learners. We do not warrant that the website or course platform will be available without interruption.

4. Enrolment and Access

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or arrangement of an agreed instalment plan). Access to course materials will be provided by email within two working days of confirmed enrolment.

Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited. Loomlogic may suspend access if credentials appear to be used by multiple individuals simultaneously.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our courses and website, you agree to:

• Complete tasks and exercises using your own work
• Treat mentors and support staff with respect in all communications
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content
• Not attempt to circumvent any access controls or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Provide accurate information when enrolling

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, written materials, code examples, exercises, and related assets are the intellectual property of Loomlogic Co., Ltd. or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own personal learning purposes during the access period. This licence does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial use of any content.

7. Pricing and Payment

Course fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿):

• AI Development Starter Course: ฿3,900
• Data & Models Practicum: ฿17,000
• Capstone Mentorship Track: ฿32,800

Fees are payable by bank transfer or major credit card. Instalment arrangements for the Practicum and Capstone Track may be discussed prior to enrolment. All fees are inclusive of applicable Thai VAT where relevant.

Refund policy: If you request a refund before accessing any course module, a full refund will be provided within 14 days of enrolment. After module access, no refunds are available for the Starter Course. For the Practicum and Capstone Track, a partial refund may be considered at Loomlogic's discretion based on the proportion of content accessed.

8. Course Completion and Documentation

Loomlogic does not issue certificates of completion. The output of each course is the work you produce — code, notebooks, or project documentation. These outputs belong to you and may be used in your own portfolio.

Completion of a course does not confer any academic credential, professional qualification, or recognition by any third-party institution. Loomlogic courses are standalone educational programmes.

9. Disclaimers

Courses are provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain and update course materials, we make no representation that the content will be free from errors at all times, or that it will remain current indefinitely.

Loomlogic does not represent that completing a course will result in any specific professional outcome, employment, or proficiency level. Progress and outcomes depend on individual effort and background.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Loomlogic's total liability to you in connection with any course or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost business, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of our courses or website.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Loomlogic against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course content, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the enrolment agreement. If you terminate, refunds are subject to the policy in Section 7. If Loomlogic terminates your access due to breach of these terms, no refund will be provided.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our courses shall first be subject to informal negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loomlogic. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our courses after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email.
